What exactly is meant by the term mindfulness? This term tripped me up for years and kept me from this practice (and dismissive of meditation and meditators). Part of my aversion is understandable: It’s a confusing terms given it’s common usage and misusage. In fact, I think it’s only gotten more confusing in recent years as it becomes pervasive. In this episode we explore this term and arrive on firm ground with a definition any first responder can use and work with.
